This course is a classroom only session for providing basic information about handguns, personal defense, an armed citizen lifestyle, the philosophy and process of training at WTHT and most importantly an opportunity to ask questions about these things that you have long wanted to ask free from what others might think. As with all WTHT courses, this course is politics free. If students have questions that require a political answer, those will be answered after class privately. The goal is to provide curious people good information to enable them to make good decisions. Typical topics include safety, crime reporting and crime in Lubbock, gun mythology, handgun types and purposes, what handgun training is like, dealing with fear of firearms, the power of knowledge, active shooters, church security and more. Topics can be tailored to groups, please contact us for more information.
Course Duration: 2 hours, typically Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
